Mobile Event Caterers
Teabag Chihuahua Ltd operates three mobile catering units and one ‘build-up’ unit, offering Mexican food, Native American food, and fusion foods combining elements of Latin, southern BBQ, soul, and Mexican cooking. We cater large and small events throughout the UK and Ireland with quality, freshly prepared, healthy offerings. We use only biodegradable dishes and cutlery, and source available fair-trade, locally grown, and organic products.
Our catering trailers and build-up unit are colourful and eye-catching.  The stainless steel interiors are attractive and reflect our attention to cleanliness and food safety. Our operation is fully compliant with all fire, gas, electrical, health and safety, and hygiene regulations.
With our experience of catering more than 350 events, parties and festivals of every size and genre during the past nine years, we can assist you too. We will provide great food and American service with a smile, regardless of the depth of the mud, gales, floods, downpours, or Mad Cows. Like the scouts, we are prepared!

  • We have a complete written HAACP and Risk Assessment reviewed by Salisbury District Council.
