Our young and enthusiastic team know how to throw a good party for you; professional service, casual and fun presentation, personable and helpful nature, and most importantly, the highest quality, freshly prepared foods all made from scratch.
Every menu is bespoke. We customize every menu to suit the client, and we are happy to mix and match items from our Mexican and American menus. Vegetarians, vegans and children can all be catered for. On the day, guests select their favourite dishes with which to top their nachos, accompany their southern barbecue, or fill their burritos that are individually rolled before them. Also available is a selection of interesting fresh salads to accompany the meal. To finish we can provide tropical fruit salads, sweets and baked desserts. We can help organize traditional tipis or stunning tents, themed decorations, salsa music or Latin bands, salsa or line dancing, or a mechanical rodeo bull …YeeHaw! A licensed bar serving traditional Mexican or American beers, tequila, bourbon whisky, margaritas, and daiquiris made with real fruit juices can also be arranged.
