Buffalo beef is the healthier and tastier beef and we source ours from a farm in Somerset where the animals are fed purely on grass. The buffalos are reared free from antibiotics, and the meat contains 40% less cholesterol, 12% less fat than traditional beef, 11% more protein and 10% more minerals.
